Our History.

Andrew Bell & Associates is a locally owned and operated accounting and business advisory service. The firm was established in 2006 by Andrew Bell, a local professional with a passion for business. Andrew developed a business based on the highest quality of advice delivered in a friendly and personal manner.

The new director of Andrew Bell & Associates, Rachelle Doyle, has continued to enhance this reputation of genuine interest in our clients beyond the specifics of the task or engagement.

Rachelle Doyle

Rachelle Doyle

Principal

Rachelle commenced her accounting career over 10 years ago gaining experience in various accounting and taxation advisory firms throughout Queensland. She is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, is a registered tax agent and holds her certificate of public practice. Rachelle is also registered to provide advice and services on self-managed superannuation through the new financial services licensing requirements.

Being born and bred on the Fraser Coast, Rachelle has a thorough understanding of the region and the issues particular to it. Her broad industry experience extends across many sectors – from primary production to retail, hospitality, property, medical, construction and development.

Maddy Watson

Administration Officer

Maddy joined Andrew Bell & Associates at the beginning of 2017 after four years of employment in administration at an accounting firm in Hervey Bay.

As administration officer, Maddy is responsible for the daily operations of the office. Her positive attitude combined with her great attention to detail ensures all clients receive a warm and friendly welcome when visiting our office.

Tammy joined Andrew Bell & Associates in May 2017 after working in small-medium sized business management.

As client manager, Tammy is experienced in all bookkeeping aspects – from payroll and accounts to financial statement preparation, BAS lodgement, and taxation matters. She is also experienced in Human Resource and OH&S management. Combining these skills, Tammy has the confidence to help her clients achieve their goals.

Marissa Lumby

Assistant Accountant

Marissa has over three years of accounting and administration experience in a public practice environment. She has recently returned to the Andrew Bell & Associates team after having two beautiful children. Marissa is responsible for completing business activity statements, financial statements and income tax returns for all entity types.

Tara Coyne

Undergraduate Accountant

Tara is currently studying a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Accounting at Hervey Bay USC. Since starting at Andrew Bell & Associates at the beginning of 2017, Tara has enjoyed working with a wide variety of clients in different industries.

Tara enjoys horse riding in her spare time.
